Product Workflow
- Water Inlet System: Water treated by the water softening equipment enters the water tank and is injected into the boiler to the set water level via the feedwater pump.
- Ignition Procedure: The PLC controller issues a command, and the burner fan performs pre-purge to remove residual combustible gases from the furnace; subsequently, the ignition transformer discharges, opening the gas valve and establishing a flame.
- Pressure Control: As combustion progresses, the steam pressure gradually increases. The pressure controller automatically adjusts the high/low flame or proportional adjustment of the combustion intensity according to the set value to maintain a constant steam pressure supply.
- Steam Output: The main steam valve opens, and saturated steam is delivered to the steam-consuming equipment through pipelines.

Structural and Technical Features
Three-Pass Wet-Back Structure
The Gas Heavy Oil Fired Steam Boiler adopts the internationally popular center-fired or three-pass structure, with a low-positioned combustion chamber and symmetrically distributed flue tubes. The wet-back design completely immerses the rear smoke box in water, effectively avoiding the risk of the rear smoke box burning due to high temperatures and significantly extending the boiler's lifespan.
Corrugated Furnace and Threaded Flue Tubes
Corrugated Furnace: Not only increases the radiant heating area but also alleviates the stress caused by thermal expansion, improving the boiler's elasticity and safety.
Threaded Flue Tubes
Turbulence is generated when flue gas flows inside the tubes, disrupting the laminar boundary layer, enhancing convective heat transfer, and significantly reducing the exhaust gas temperature.
Superior Insulation and Appearance
High thermal resistance fiber cotton is used as the insulation material, and the outer layer is wrapped with mirror stainless steel plate or embossed color-coated plate, resulting in minimal heat loss, an attractive appearance, and corrosion resistance and durability.
Multiple Safety Protection Systems
To ensure long-term safe and stable operation, the product strictly adheres to the boiler specification standards and is equipped with the following interlocking protections:
- Low Water Level Protection: When the water level falls below the limit level, the burner stops working and an alarm sounds.
- Steam Overpressure Protection: When the pressure exceeds the set upper limit, the burner automatically shuts down; when the pressure exceeds the safety valve's trip pressure, the safety valve automatically releases pressure.
- Flameout Protection: In case of ignition failure or flameout during operation, the fuel supply is immediately cut off, and the post-purge procedure is initiated.
- Overheating Flue Gas Protection: When the exhaust gas temperature rises abnormally, a warning is issued and the unit shuts down.
