Description
The Gas Water Tube Steam Boiler is a modern industrial device designed for efficient steam production. Using natural gas as fuel and a water-tube heat exchange structure, it achieves rapid, stable, and energy-efficient steam output. Structural Features
1. Main Structure
Adopts a double-drum longitudinal D-type arrangement, with clear partitioning of the furnace and convection tube bundles and a rational arrangement of heating surfaces. The furnace is surrounded by a full-film water-cooled wall, providing excellent sealing performance and significantly reducing heat loss and flue gas leakage. The upper and lower drums, convection tube bundles, water-cooled walls, and headers form a closed-loop water circulation circuit, ensuring sufficient water circulation power and smooth flow, eliminating local dry burning and water circulation failures.
2. Combustion System
Equipped with a fully automatic proportional control burner, achieving full automation of ignition, combustion, load regulation, and flameout protection. The furnace uses micro-positive pressure combustion, resulting in good flame coverage, complete and stable combustion, and low nitrogen oxide emissions, meeting environmental emission standards.
3. Convection and Tail-End Heat Exchange
The convection tube bundles are arranged in a staggered/in-line combination to enhance flue gas turbulence and heat exchange efficiency. An economizer/condenser can be optionally installed at the tail end to recover waste heat from the flue gas, reduce exhaust temperature, and further improve the overall thermal efficiency of the unit.
4. Boiler Drum and Steam-Water Separation
The upper boiler drum is equipped with a high-efficiency steam-water separator, achieving excellent separation results and high steam dryness to meet the requirements of precision processes. The boiler drum has ample internal space, resulting in minimal fluctuations in water level and steam pressure, and stable operating parameters.
