Technical Features and Advantages

1. Wide Fuel Adaptability
  • Fuel Diversity: Can directly burn coal, biomass, natural gas, fuel oil, and even industrial waste. Especially for stoker-fired boilers, the tolerance for fuel particle size and moisture content is extremely high.
  • No Pre-treatment Required: For example, in straw direct-fired boilers, straw can be directly fed into the furnace after being baled in the field, eliminating the need for complex crushing or drying, significantly reducing fuel pre-treatment costs.
2. High Thermal Energy Utilization
  • High Combustion Efficiency: Fluidized bed boilers achieve fuel burnout rates of over 95% through circulating combustion; pulverized coal boilers are even more efficient.
  • Deep Waste Heat Recovery: An air preheater at the tail end preheats the combustion air to a high temperature, cooling the flue gas and increasing the furnace temperature, resulting in an overall thermal efficiency of over 85%-90%.
  • Direct Contact Advantages: Extremely low heat transfer resistance, extremely high energy utilization, and rapid initial ignition.
3. Resource Recycling and Environmental Benefits
  • Carbon Recycling: Direct biomass combustion is carbon-neutral, which is of significant environmental importance for the on-site disposal of agricultural and forestry waste. The biomass heating project in Yidu Chemical Industrial Park can dispose of 300,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 310,000 tons.
  • Ash Resource Utilization: The wood ash produced from biomass combustion is rich in potassium and can be directly returned to the fields as fertilizer, forming a green closed loop of "fuel-energy-fertilizer".
  • Clean Combustion Technology: Fluidized bed combustion can achieve in-furnace desulfurization and low-NOx combustion, meeting environmental standards without the need for expensive tail-end flue gas purification equipment.
4. Large Scale and High Parameters
  • Large Unit Capacity: Direct-fired boilers are the only type of boiler that can achieve ultra-large capacity and high parameters.
  • High Steam Quality: Superheaters can be configured to generate superheated steam above 400℃, meeting the needs of power generation and high-end processes.
