Core Working Principle

 

The wood chip gasification boiler system employs advanced automated combustion control. Fuel (wood chips) is stably supplied to the high-efficiency combustion chamber via a front-end storage and conveying system. Inside the combustion chamber, the fuel typically undergoes stratification, gasification, and complete combustion in a moving grate or cyclone combustion system. The released high-temperature flue gas exchanges heat with a built-in high-efficiency heat exchanger (usually a three-pass or condensing design), transferring heat to the circulating water system. The generated hot water or steam can be directly connected to existing heating networks or process pipelines. The entire combustion process is controlled by an intelligent microprocessor, continuously optimizing the air-fuel ratio to ensure efficient and clean combustion. The ash after combustion is automatically collected in an ash box for centralized processing.
