Wood Pellet Boiler
Description
The Wood Pellet Boiler is an advanced biomass heating system designed specifically for burning high-density, standardized wood pellet fuel. Wood Pellet Heating Systems integrates high-efficiency heating, energy saving, environmental protection, and intelligent control. The core principle of the Wood Pellet Heating Systems is to use an automated feeding system to deliver wood pellets into the combustion chamber for complete combustion. Heat is then transferred to cold water or air via a heat exchanger to meet heating, hot water supply, and industrial heat needs. The Wood Pellet Boiler represents a technological leap forward from traditional wood-fired boilers and is suitable for heating and hot water needs of various scales, from residential homes to commercial and industrial buildings.

Core Advantages
The fuel is natural wood pellets, primarily derived from wood processing residues, making it a renewable biomass energy source that meets environmental emission standards in various countries. The Wood Fired Steam Boiler boasts high thermal efficiency, ensuring complete fuel combustion and minimal heat loss, effectively improving energy utilization and reducing fuel consumption.
The Wood Fired Steam Boiler is equipped with an advanced intelligent control system using a PLC programmable logic controller, supporting both manual and automatic operation modes. It features comprehensive operational condition monitoring functions, displaying real-time key data such as furnace temperature, flue gas temperature, water level, and pressure, ensuring safe and stable operation.
The Wood Pellet Boiler employs a high-efficiency threaded flue tube or finned heat exchange structure, increasing the heat exchange area and improving efficiency, ensuring rapid and stable heat transfer. The boiler output is stable, automatically adjusting the feed rate and combustion intensity according to actual heat load requirements, achieving precise heating and meeting the fluctuating heat demand in different scenarios.
The boiler body is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, undergoing rigorous welding, flaw detection, and pressure resistance testing. It boasts high structural strength and excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Under normal use and regular maintenance, the equipment's service life can reach 15-20 years.
Wood pellet fuel is widely available and cheaper, significantly reducing users' energy costs. Its high density and small volume facilitate storage and transportation, requiring minimal storage space. It is also less prone to deterioration during storage, ensuring high safety.
Applicable Scenarios
★ Civil Sector
Suitable for centralized or individual heating in civil buildings such as villas, multi-story residential buildings, and apartment buildings, while also providing domestic hot water.
★ Commercial Sector
Applicable to commercial and public buildings such as hotels, guesthouses, office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, and schools.
★ Industrial Sector
Suitable for production heating in industries such as food processing, textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and machinery manufacturing.
★ Agricultural Sector
Used for heating agricultural greenhouses to ensure the normal growth of crops in low-temperature environments; also suitable for heating and hot water supply in livestock and poultry farms to improve the breeding environment and increase the survival rate of livestock and poultry.
Operation and Maintenance
- Pre-start Inspection: Check if the fuel in the fuel bin is sufficient and if there are any blockages in the hopper; check if the water level in the water tank meets the requirements and if there are any leaks in the water system; check if the electrical system connections are secure and if the control system display is normal; check if there is any ash accumulation or blockage in the furnace and flue.
- Start-up: Turn on the power, enter the control system interface, and set the rated outlet water temperature, operating mode, and other parameters; start the automatic operation program. The system will automatically complete feeding and ignition. After the furnace temperature rises to the set value, the heat exchange system will begin to provide stable heat.
- Shutdown Operation: For normal shutdown, first switch the operating mode to "standby," stop the system from feeding, and after the fuel in the furnace has fully burned, turn off the induced draft fan and the blower; turn off the power, check the status of all equipment components, and clean any remaining debris from the furnace and hopper.
- Daily Inspection: Check fuel level in the fuel tank and replenish as needed; check water pressure and level to ensure they are normal; check control system display data for any abnormal alarms; clean ash buildup on the furnace and grate surfaces.
- Weekly Maintenance: Clean ash buildup in the flue and dust collector; check for blockages in the feed auger and feed inlet, and lubricate relevant transmission components; check the fan operation for any abnormal noises or vibrations.
- Monthly Maintenance: Check for scale buildup in the heat exchange pipelines and descale if necessary; check for aging or leaks in the seals and replace them promptly; calibrate the accuracy of temperature and pressure sensors.
- Annual Maintenance: Completely disassemble the equipment; clean ash and coke buildup in the furnace, heat exchange system, and flue; check the boiler body and pipelines for corrosion and deformation, and perform pressure tests; replace severely worn components; conduct a comprehensive overhaul and software upgrade of the control system.
